Zwaluw

The two-mast clipper Zwaluw was built in 1899. The ship has served in the shipping to the Baltic Sea and sailed on Denmark. Purchased in 1974 under the name Bracksand from the cargo shipping and restored and witnessed in its original state. The ship was completely rebuilt in 2019 and refurbished. In addition to a large spacious cockpit on deck with a beautiful view of SAIL, the ship has a very spacious day room with a bar, a tap and a professionally equipped kitchen. Due to the fact that the ship has been completely renovated, it meets the latest requirements in terms of safety and durability. The ship is one of the most sustainable ships in the Dutch sailing charter fleet, not only in terms of material and technology, but also in terms of operational management.
