Robust and original. The Morgenster is a square-rigged two-mast with a steel hull. In 1919, the ship was used as a sailing herring logger. As from 2008, she is used as a sailing training ship. The ship was designed and converted by Harry Muter. The inspiration came from the American brig, who have made an important contribution to the independence of the United States. After this success, it also made a contribution to the Caribbean piracy and illegal slave trade.
