Aukje Zwaantje

The lemsteraak Aukje Zwaantje was built in 1910 in Makkum. This beautiful lemsteraak was launched as a yacht under the name Breezand. After all kinds of wanderings, the ship ended up in French hands. To create better sailing properties, the ship was extended by 2 meters. This extra length is clearly visible, especially in the large cockpit. Back in the Netherlands, the ship changed from owner several times. The ship is technically, motorically and fully adapted to the requirements of fast, safe and pleasant sailing. Due to the comfort and size of the ship, the Aukje Zwaantje is also extremely suitable for SAIL.
